Kubiak Appraisal is a residential real-estate appraisal firm located in De Pere, Wisconsin.  Founded by Jim Kubiak, a Wisconsin licensed and certified residential appraiser, Kubiak Appraisal has been providing professional appraisal services since 1988.  

Jim's wife Sarah Kubiak formally joined Kubiak Appraisal in 1991 - Sarah is also a Wisconsin licensed and certified residential appraiser.  In 1994 Mark Kubiak, son of Jim and Sarah, joined Kubiak Appraisal.  Mark is a Wisconsin licensed residential appraiser working on his certification.   Karla Maitland joined Kubiak Appraisal in 1998 and is now the Office Manager and will soon be a Wisconsin licensed residential appraiser.  In 1999, Mark's wife Vicki Kubiak joined Kubiak Appraisal as the Accountant.  With Jim Kubiak's retirement, Kubiak Appraisal is now a partnership of Sarah Kubiak and Mark Kubiak & Vicki Kubiak.
 
Kubiak Appraisal provides a wide-range of residential appraisals in the following Wisconsin counties:  Brown, Kewaunee, Southern Oconto & Northeast Outagamie counties.  Kubiak Appraisal's client base consists mainly of lenders in Northeastern Wisconsin and homeowners in the Green Bay area.  The services provided to these clients ranges from appraisals for new mortgages, re-financing and Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) removal.
